Getting Setup at desk Offices: Your First Day

1. Accessing our building

Day Pass Visitors

We manage access to the building remotely. The doors may be locked when you arrive. If so, text Tristen at (848) 207 4046 or Alex at (848) 207 4196. We will open them for you right away.

24/7 Access for monthly members

After signing up with us, lookout for an email from Brivo to set up your mobile access pass. That email will include instructions on downloading the app and using your phone to open our doors.

2. Connect to our wifi

We pride ourselves on having a fast, secure, dependable Wi-Fi network. Follow these instructions the first time you connect to our Wi-Fi. If you have any problems please let a team member know or text Tristen at (848) 207 4046.

3. Grab a coffee

Help yourself to a variety of coffee and tea over in our café. You can use one of our reusable mugs located in the cabinets above the Keurig. When you are finished, please rinse it out and place it in the dishwasher.

4. Store your lunch

Everyone shares a community fridge and freezer to store lunches, snacks and drinks. There are a couple of designated communal shelves for items you intend to be shared. You can keep personal items on the remaining shelves. Please label your items so we can notify you before throwing anything away, as the fridge is cleaned out every Friday afternoon.

5. Schedule a meeting

We have a variety of meeting rooms that can be reserved on an hourly basis. You can rent these out on our calendar here. Please be courteous to others by leaving the space as you found it.
